TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. INTRODUCTION

www.boxmenswear.com (referred to as the "Website") is owned by Box Menswear Limited

By placing an order on this website you agree to the below Terms, Conditions and Purchasing Terms which will create the sales contract, between yourself and us at the point of order confirmation and acceptance.





2. PLACING AN ORDER

- Add the products you want on our website to your basket

- Once you have added all items you would like to purchase, proceed to checkout

- You must provide billing, shipping, email addresses and all other required details accurately. If your shipping address is incorrect, you and you alone will be held entirely responsible. No refunds or redeliveries can be made in the event that an incorrect shipping address is provided.

- Review the order before you complete the purchase

- Submit your order and you will receive a confirmation via the email address you provided at checkout.



2.2 ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATIONS

All orders submitted by you are subject to acceptance by Box Menswear. We may choose not to accept your order at our own discretion. Examples of when we may not accept your order are as follows:

If Products are shown on the Website but are not available;
If we are unable to obtain authorisation of your payment;
If shipping restrictions apply to a Product ;
If Products shown on the Website contain a manifest error such as being incorrectly priced or are otherwise incorrectly described ;
Suspected fraudulent activities.


Because we start to process your order as soon as it is submitted, it is not possible to cancel your order.



3. QUALITY AND MAINTENANCE OF PRODUCTS

Minor differences in colour and other variations in Products are possible as a result of different image acquisition, display technologies or other technical reasons. Product packaging may vary from image shown. Box Menswear is not liable for these variations and deviations.


Box Menswear draws your attention to the safety and caution warnings printed on the packaging of each product. Box Menswear is not liable for any damage resulting from incorrect handling of Products, including handling contrary to the instructions.




4. PRICE AND CURRENCY

Prices displayed online should usually automatically adjust to reflect your geographical location. For example, if you reside in the USA, the currency displayed should adjust to USD. This also works for AUD, CAD, EUR and other major currencies.

You can also select your local currency via the menu tab on mobile or via the user icon at the top of the home page.

All prices quoted at the payment stage are in Great British Pound (GBP).

The stated prices include VAT (20% Value Added Tax).

Box Menswear reserves the right to change, limit or terminate any special offers or discounts at any time, including promotional codes and gift cards. Including the right to adjust the price of any product at any given time without further discussion.

By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All orders made on the Box Menswear website are dispatched from Liverpool, UK to the shipping address you provide at the checkout stage, orders are delivered on business days; excluding bank holidays and national holidays.

You must provide billing, shipping, email addresses and all other required details accurately. If your shipping address is incorrect, you and you alone will be held entirely responsible. No refunds or redeliveries can be made in the event that an incorrect shipping address is provided.

We aim to despatch orders on the same day (not including weekends or public holidays), when the order is placed by 3pm.

Box Menswear products are delivered using Royal Mail delivery service and should be expected to be delivered to you within the following time frames:

UK Delivery

Standard orders for within the United Kingdom should be delivered within 1-2 working days. But could take up to 7 working days.

International Delivery

International orders should be delivered within 5-10 working days, but could take up to 30 working days. Please note that no further action can be taken by Box Menswear until this 30 day period has passed.

 

Please note that free delivery offers worldwide will exclude Mexico and South Africa, as we are only able to ship with DHL Express due to COVID19 related issues. 

Next Day Delivery

Customers who specify that they would like Next Day Delivery should expect to receive the goods by the next working day (except for orders placed at weekends or during public holidays). Orders should be placed before 3pm in order to ensure this. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched on the next working day.

Any international orders may be subject to customs charges. These charges are not quoted at checkout and are completely out of our control. You are responsible for paying any such charges to the relevant authority.

Box Menswear cannot be held responsible for delay in delivery, including but not limited to the following;

Customs clearance, inventory levels, national or private strikes, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, weather, natural disasters, fire, epidemics or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.

6. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

We offer exchanges within 10 days of purchase if you have received an incorrect or damaged product. Strictly no refunds or exchanges are offered on any non-faulty items, due to hygiene and health and safety reasons.

If you require a refund or exchange because the product(s) is not what you ordered or is otherwise damaged, please let us know by visiting our Contact Us page and sending us a message. Please provide your order number in order to ensure prompt resolution.

Exchanges are usually processed within 7 business days. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your exchange items to be delivered back to your shipping address.

Refunds are usually processed within 7 business days. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your refund to reach your bank account.

If you require a refund because the product(s) is not what you ordered or is otherwise damaged, we will refund you the price paid for the goods by you, including the standard delivery charge (we will not refund any additional cost paid for premium delivery).

Please Note: We will not provide a full refund if goods show signs of unreasonable use. In such circumstances, we will notify you that a reduced refund amount will be available or you can choose to arrange for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.

6b RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS (CONTINUED)

The Suspender Jock 2.0 has a twisted curve on its straps. Please note that this is intentionally designed this way, and so that the pouch is held in centrally. This particular aesthetic design does not constitute as a fault, and no refunds/exchanges are permitted. 

Some customers may order various underwear items in the same size, but placed next to each other there may appear to be a sizing discrepancy. This is due to the differing designs of products, such as for example the King Fit will have a stretchier waistband than the classic boxers. However, all products will still match the size guide on their respective product page. Underwear items cannot be returned to health and hygiene reasons. 

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All trademarks, service marks, logos and trade names which appear on Box Menswear products, product packaging and/or on the Website, whether registered or not (the “Trade Marks”) remain the exclusive property of Box Menswear Limited. You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any of the Trade Marks in any way, including in advertising or publicity pertaining to distribution of materials on the Website.

8. CUSTOMER CORRESPONDENCE

We aim to answer all emails within 72 hours. However, this may take longer during busy periods.

If you are on our marketing list and wish not to be, please email support@boxmenswear.com and someone will remove your email address from our mailing list
9. DISCOUNT CODES
From time to time you may see pop-up offers on the website for new customer offers. Please note that these codes cannot be used in conjunction with other codes. For example, a new customer offer of 20% cannot be added to another 40% code granting you 60% off. In this event, you are free to select either of the codes, not both. The codes will only apply to products at full price, and be deducted from the RRP. The code will also not work on heavily discounted items at checkout or 'upsell' offers. The codes are unique to you and must not be shared, they are one use per customer, and must be used within 12 months of being granted. 



Amendments to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time.

The use of this Website as well as any purchase agreement between you and us, will be subject to the version of the Terms and Conditions on this page at the time you place an order or browse our website.
