Delivery Policy

 Orders are dispatched worldwide from our warehouse based in the UK. We ship to all countries across the globe, and have highly trained staff who will ensure your order is with you as quickly as possible.

 

 

Standard Shipping - $9.99 and above depending on your country zone.

 

Orders are dispatched with either Royal Mail Tracked / Signed or Landmark services. Both of these are fully tracked, which means that you can check the latest update on your order at any time. 

Any orders placed before 14:30 GMT on Monday to Friday are dispatched on the same day. This means that your order may be on the way to you before you've even woken up.

However, we have to note that on very rare occasions, an order may arrive a day or so late. This can be caused by issues such as inspection checks by customs,  or standard checks performed my government agencies on mail, or weather events, which may cause an ever so slight delay.

 

DHL Express Shipping - $69.99 (3 to 5 Working Days)

For those who select this service, your order will be shipped with the lightning fast DHL Express service. This super speedy service is the fastest way to ensure your order is in your hands as quickly as possible. Whether you're in need of some new sexy underwear or stocking up on swimwear for your vacation, the DHL Express Service is the safest way to guarantee your order is with you in the fastest time frame possible.

 

MEXICO

 

Please note that the only service we can currently offer to Mexico is the DHL Express service. This is due to issues with the courier we use for the economy postage, as they are struggling to deliver in a reasonable timeframe in Mexico due to COVID19. Although the DHL Express service will typically take 3-4 working days, there has been a recent issue with customs and DHL. Due to this your order may take 5 working days to arrive. Please bear this in mind when ordering.

 

 

COVID19

Although we are still dispatching orders to arrive on time, there may be unexpected delays due to COVID19. We are liaising with the couriers regularly and monitoring any service disruptions, and will update here accordingly. 

 

NB - We have to allow up to 40 working days for an order to arrive. Only after this time has passed can Box Menswear take further action.

 

On extremely rare occasions, a customs fee may be applied which is standard governmental procedure for imported shipments. However it must be stressed that the chances of this happening are next to none.

  Customs Fees

On rare occasions an additional customs fee may be applied to your order. This is ultimately down to the discretion of your government, and unfortunately out of our control. We must stress that this is not the case with the majority of orders, but something to consider in mind when placing an order.

If you refuse to pay any fees, it is within your right to decline this and have the parcel returned back here. The cost of your order will then be refunded, minus the postage and 10% of the order total.
GIFT BOXES
You may see on social media or marketing materials various gift boxes that Box Menswear manufactures. These are not automatically included in orders or included in the purchase, unless stated so in the product description (ie a Mystery Box of which a gift box forms part of the contents). These gift boxes are very sparse and cannot be sent out upon request.

COMBINED ORDERS

On rare occasions, orders may be combined together on the online platform Box Menswear uses to produce shipping labels. 

If a customer places consecutive order within a short span of time, any outstanding unprocessed orders on the system may be merged together into one shipment.  

This is beneficial to the environment as it means less packaging is used, and ultimately less carbon emitted. Furthermore, high value orders (as a result of combined orders) may have their postal shipping service automatically upgraded, resulting in a quicker time frame.
